He has over 15 years of professional experience and regularly works with regional banks and other financial institutions in the areas of regulatory importance.
In his current role at Deloitte, Nipun leads multi-disciplinary teams across some of the firm's highest profile and complex regulatory compliance, risk assessment and remediation engagements. He has led a number of large scale organizational transformations across regional clients to respond to regulatory challenges. He also leads regulatory due diligence at Deloitte advising CXOs entering new jurisdictions by helping them align their business aspirations to the expectations of the local markets and regulators.
Nipun is leading some of the disruptive changes in FinTech/RegTech/Cryptocurrencies such as the introduction of a blockchain based registry, the first in the region.
