H.E. Mr. Saade is the Chairman of the information technology committee in the Lebanese Parliament.

He is also a member in the Media and telecom as well as Electricity, water, transport and public works committees in the Parliament.

Mr. Saade holds a Bachelor’s of engineering in civil engineering, from the Lebanese American University & a Master’s in business administration from Ecole supperieur des affaires.
