Col. Suzan Hajj Hobeiche
Head of the Cybercrime and Intellectual Property BureauDirectorate General of the Internal Security Forces

Col. Suzan Hajj Hobeiche is the Head of the Cybercrime and Intellectual Property Bureau at the Directorate General of the Internal Security Forces (ISF) since 2012. She joined the ISF in 2001 as an Information Technology Officer dealing with ICT matters within governmental departments. Prior to her current position, Col. Hajj Hobeiche occupied various positions at different departments within the ISF.

She has been involved in many Women’s rights initiatives and Anti-Drug NGOs. She was also a Member of the International Association of Women Police (IAWP). Major Hajj Hobeiche’s fields of expertise include: Cybercrime Investigation, Forensic Analysis, Telecommunication, Community Policing, Weaponry, and, Programming Languages.

She received several awards and distinctions most recent of which, the Excellence Award from the Lebanese Order of Engineers to the Most Distinctive Engineer in Lebanon, in addition to the Medal of Merit from the Ministry of the Interior.

Col. Hajj Hobeiche holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Communication Engineering and a Master's Degree in Computer Technology from the Lebanese University.
