In order to establish the exact opportunities and threats of this groundbreaking technology, the Dutch Public Service requested Marloes to start pilot projects. She has done several rounds with pilots in the Netherlands, and now she is helping the pilots reach the next level.

Prior to joining Digital Action, she worked as project leader & researcher at several governmental entities, including Ministry of Internal Affairs, City of Amsterdam and the Court.

Marloes serves as an advisory member for the SIDN Fund. She is also a member of the Dutch Court, and a member of the advisory board of Bitjobs.

She received a Masters of Psychology from the University of Groningen.
