Anselmo Manautou III was born in Arroyo, Puerto Rico and raised in South Florida. He graduated from the Florida International University in Miami, Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. He was an officer with the United State Border Patrol for 1 year before accepting a position as a Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service in the El Paso Resident Office, El Paso, Texas. Throughout his career, he has been assigned to the Counter Assault Team, the USSS Training Academy and the Washington Field Office prior to his appointment as an Assistant Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Rome, Italy.
